I'm a hospice nurse, author, teacher, and speaker who believes that even in life's most difficult moments, hope, healing, and miracles are always possible.

For more than 23 years, I've had the privilege of caring for people at the end of life. Sitting beside hundreds of patients and their families has given me a front-row seat to extraordinary moments of love, grace, and connection that have forever changed the way I see life—and death. Those experiences, along with my own personal journey through loss, divorce, and spiritual awakening, have shaped both my life and my writing.

My first book, Thrive and Shine! How to Find Happiness When Life Falls Apart, shares the journey that helped me find joy and purpose after life's unexpected challenges. My newest book, Miracle Stories: A Hospice Nurse’s Stories on Life, Death and Everything in Between, explores the miracles I've witnessed through hospice, the signs our loved ones leave after they pass, the power of shifting our perception, and the comforting truth that death is not the end of our story.
